Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and executes engineering tasks across a range of project sizes
- Designs processes for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including engineering support and construction oversight
- Develops engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water-related infrastructure
- Produces technical memos, reports, and digital deliverables; performs data analysis and supports construction-phase activities
- Oversees and coordinates the work of junior engineers, designers, technicians, and other team members on assigned tasks
- Delivers engineering support throughout the construction process
- Engages in on-site activities such as pilot studies and field testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
- 6-12 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
- Skilled in applying engineering principles with a focus on critical thinking, analysis, and creative problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (+)
- Design and construction phase experience (+)
