We’re seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to join our remote sales team. You will be paid a guaranteed hourly wage plus uncapped bonuses based on sales and production. The ISR is expected to make $500 per week in commission. Top producers can make significantly more. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to warm leads — individuals who have requested information about our financial books and newsletter subscriptions. Your goal is to engage each prospect in meaningful conversation, ask qualifying questions and convert conversations into completed purchases for our subscription-based financial publications. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where strong communication and listening skills are key to success.
Responsibilities
- Make 200-250 outbound calls to warm leads who have submitted requests for our newsletter.
- Gather information from lead and promote our products and subscriptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow a sales script and personalize conversations based on each lead's interests.
- Ask relevant financial and lifestyle (e.g, are you retired, are you looking for long term growth, etc.) questions to qualify interest.
- Facilitate purchases and complete subscription transactions over the phone.
- Accurately enter call notes and lead data into our CRM (KEAP & Just Call) system.
- Follow up with previously contacted leads as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual performance goals.
- Must be on Zoom with camera on and face visible during the full 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift (no exceptions).
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a phone-based sales, call center, or customer engagement role.
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
- Ability to ask qualifying questions, notate response and manage the direction of the call.
- Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM systems (JustCall and KEAP is preferred but not required)
- Multi-tasking in a remote environment.
- Self-starter with strong time management and follow-through.
- Reliable internet, quiet home office setup, and your own computer or laptop.
- Strong technical proficiency — you must be able to independently navigate a dialer, CRM, email tools, and other systems without hand-holding.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Authorized to work in the United States
