A mission-driven service organization is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable operations professional to support daily administrative, financial, and staffing activities. This role works closely with senior leadership to keep internal systems running smoothly, while upholding a safe and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day recordkeeping, account tracking, and financial documentation.
- Support HR functions including recruiting logistics, onboarding, file maintenance, and timekeeping coordination.
- Coordinate internal reporting, compliance paperwork, and contract records.
- Assist with calendar tracking, meeting prep, community relations, and general program needs.
- Maintain property, equipment logs, and supply coordination as needed.
- Respond to requests from finance and operations teams in a timely manner.
- Serve as a reliable support for leadership and act as a liaison across departments and external partners.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and structured environment.
Preferred Background:
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or equivalent training preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office support, operations, or bookkeeping
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Clear communicator with strong organizational habits and follow-through skills
- Previous involvement in education, or nonprofit settings a plus
