Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain scalable email templates that align with organizational branding and goals.
• Ensure email designs adhere to best practices, including accessibility, responsiveness, and compatibility across various devices and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create visually impactful campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
• Implement dark mode considerations and responsive behavior to optimize user experience across different platforms.
• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to develop high-quality visual content.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine design strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Support the long-term growth of email marketing programs by developing innovative design solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering results with efficiency and precision.
• Incorporate feedback from testing and analysis to continuously enhance design quality.• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Braze is a plus.
• Strong understanding of email design principles, including accessibility and responsive design.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and apply insights to improve design strategies.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and creativity.
