Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed health insurance agent without an existing FMO relationship who will serve Medicare beneficiaries through our network of pharmacy partners. You will be assigned a set of pharmacies in your area , and the pharmacy will book appointments for you directly with these locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, excels in explaining Medicare plan options, and demonstrates world-class integrity and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted Medicare resource for patients referred by our partner pharmacies.
  • Attend booked appointments at assigned pharmacy locations and/or remotely. (NO COLD CALLING!)
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options available to them.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local Medicare plans and carrier guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all CMS, state, and company regulations.
  • Use Hubspot and other technological tools with a high level of detail.

Qualifications

  • Required: Active Health Insurance License with authority to sell Medicare plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and PDP options in your region.
  • Impeccable integrity, professionalism, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with technology

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus (e.g., pharmacy technician, clerk, or similar role).
  • Bilingual skills a plus.

Compensation (We offer two compensation models):

  • Commission only - 50% commission on new sales, 25% on renewals
  • Commission +hourly- $15/hour, 35% commission on new sales, 15% on renewals (only available to employees working 40+ hours per week)
