This is a Contract to permanent position within the Real Estate & Property industry, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance within HIPAA-regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including recordkeeping and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and streamline processes.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Address employee relations concerns and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.
• Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Assist in performance management processes and monitor employee development.
• Prepare reports and analytics to support decision-making in HR operations.• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and managing employee data.
• Solid understanding of onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations professionally and confidentially.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures within a corporate environment.
