We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented US Sales Assistant to support our US Sales Director. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities, customer communications, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with a keen interest in sales processes and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the US Sales Director
  • Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with lead tracking, CRM data entry, and pipeline management
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy
  • Help organize sales campaigns, events, and client meetings
  • Ensure timely communication and document flow between the sales team and other departments
  • Support order processing and client onboarding as needed


Requirements:


  • 2 years in sales support, customer service, or inside sales role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability
  • Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience supporting a senior sales executive or working within a sales organization
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and customer relationship lifecycles
  • Knowledge of the US market and business practices
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
