Responsibilities:
· Answer Incoming calls and handle according to company policy
· Good communication skills
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
· Be customer focused and can adapt to different personality types
· Take down information of callers who seek to be new clients
· Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members
Qualifications:
· Positive Attitude
· Works well with others
· Strong customer service skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient Microsoft Office
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
· No Drama
· BILINGUAL REQUIRED (Spanish).
