What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruiter:
- Create Winning Recruitment Strategies – Build and implement targeted plans to attract top driver talent
- Meet Hiring Objectives – Achieve recruitment goals aligned with fleet growth
- Lead Outreach Efforts – Manage job postings, career fairs, community events, and online campaigns
- Engage Candidates Professionally – Deliver timely communication and an exceptional candidate experience
- Host Orientations – Conduct onboarding sessions to set new drivers up for success
- Oversee the Full Hiring Process – Manage applications, background checks, contracts, and vehicle assignments
- Maintain Organized Records – Track candidate progress and generate accurate reports using an applicant tracking system
- Support Driver Retention – Partner with the Retention Manager to keep drivers engaged and supported
- Strengthen Team Culture – Build positive relationships with drivers and internal teams
- Take Initiative – Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed
What You Bring as a Driver Recruiter:
- Recruiting Experience Preferred – Background in talent acquisition, recruiting, or sales is a plus
