CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
STONEBRIDGE COUNTRY CLUB, a private equity golf and country club in west Boca Raton is seeking an experienced, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to join a team as A Construction Projects Accounting & Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, responsible for overseeing project accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations of construction and administrative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Follow direction from supervisor and execute tasks promptly and efficiently
- Act as the liaison between management and general contractor and subcontractors/suppliers
- Support the administrative functions of construction projects from inception through completion
- Maintain clear exchange of information with office team, field team, and other related parties on all projects
- Organize and maintain project paper files as well as electronic files
- Track approved contractors' or subcontractors' insurances, licenses, and W9 information
- Track approved contracts with regards to change-orders, payments and lien releases
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Finance.
Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Independent Task Management
- Accounting experience, able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Strong work ethics, and commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
