Summary
As a Veterinary Receptionist you are the first point of contact for pet owners and their animals. You will utilize your core skills in veterinary terminology to manage appointments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Guide owners and animals safely during busy times in the lobby.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with the veterinary team.
- Obtain and maintain accurate medical records in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: Approximately 38hrs per week

Experience:
- Veterinary Experience: 2 years (Required).
