We are looking for dedicated and efficient Packers to join our food production team. In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring the accurate and timely packaging of our products, while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines in a fast-paced, cooler environment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a cooler environment as part of the food production process.
- Accurately pack meals and products, strictly following all food safety guidelines.
- Lift boxes safely and efficiently, weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Multi-task effectively and maintain a consistent pace in a fast-moving production environment.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks, including quality checks and labeling.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cooler environment (temperatures typically between 30-40 degrees).
- Capable of safely lifting up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
