Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Lead to support payroll operations and HR systems. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with payroll who also brings a strong analytical, systems-focused approach.
Duties
- Process and support multi-cycle payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain, audit, and optimize HRIS data to ensure system integrity and compliance
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including reporting and analysis
- Analyze payroll, headcount, and HR data to support leadership reporting
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
- Support benefits data administration, audits, and reconciliations
- Assist with ad hoc reporting related to workforce metrics and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Experience working in an HRIS-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
