We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular focus on Neapolitan pizza-making techniques. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
️ Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Shape dough by hand using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and properly stored, following food safety guidelines.
- Monitor and operate pizza ovens (including wood-fired or high-temperature ovens) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in menu planning and development, including seasonal or specialty pizza offerings.
- Handle food prep such as chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients daily.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for reordering needs.
- Uphold excellent presentation standards and consistency in pizza quality.

- Previous experience in the food industry, especially in a pizzeria or Italian restaurant setting.
