Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and family members. The CSR assesses needs, directs individuals to the appropriate resources, and works within a multidisciplinary team to provide information about Patient Services.

On site / Hybrid after 4 months you have the option to work (3 days at home, 2 days in office)

Responsibilities:
Handle and prioritize incoming calls, assessing caller needs and triaging as necessary
Enroll new patients in Patient Services
Maintain records and follow up to ensure patients receive needed services by coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and other contacts
Support special projects as required
Requirements:
Experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and web applications
Skilled in handling high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic and openness to feedback
