Position Overview:
DanaTyler Jewelry is seeking an organized and motivated Inventory Coordinator to support our Inventory Manager and Warehouse operations. This entry-to-mid level role plays a vital part in keeping our merchandise and supplies organized, processed, and ready for smooth distribution to our retail stores. The Inventory Coordinator will assist with warehouse organization, purchase order processing, and inventory systems ensuring efficiency across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Inventory Manager with daily inventory and warehouse functions.

Process merchandise, including receiving, labeling, and categorizing products.

Create and manage purchase orders in Square for Retail Dashboard.

Organize the warehouse to ensure products are accessible, categorized, and ready to pull for store replenishment.

Assist in setting up product areas to facilitate movement of merchandise and supplies to stores.

Lift, move, and handle boxes and supplies safely.

Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and support priority projects.

Assist with maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting cycle counts as needed.
Competencies & Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory-related work preferred (training provided).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to make decisions, manage priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills required; must be familiar with (or willing to learn) Google Drive, Google Sheets, and other shared tools.

Experience with Square for Retail is a plus.

Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
