SALES/COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We are a growing company seeking a full time, enthusiastic, experienced individual to handle the sales of manufactured homes along with the management of the day-to-day operations for our family owned and operated manufactured home community located in St. Augustine, FL.

This position is ideal for the candidate looking for stable and long-term employment. Applicants with sales and leasing experience are preferred. Moultrie Oaks is one of the area’s nicest 55+ Manufactured Home Communities. This position will be primarily focused on the sales of Upscale New and Pre-Owned Manufactured Homes. We offer an extensive training program to facilitate your success as a Sales and Community Manager.

Benefits Include: Hourly Compensation, aggressive commission structure and matching 401K program. No medical benefits are provided.

Compensation: Hourly compensation will be $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus aggressive commission structure and bonus program.

Responsibilities: The following is intended to cover the majority of the routine daily tasks to be performed – these items include, but are not limited to:

Sales:

  • Show new and used inventory homes for sale, properly interview and follow up with sales prospects
  • Execute marketing & advertising for homes for sale within the community
  • Complete required documents for a home sale
  • Adhere to all state retailer license laws, regulations, rules and guidelines.

Management:

  • Execute required delinquency protocol
  • Execute required rule violation protocol
  • Ensure that residents adhere to the community rules and regulations
  • Responsible for oversight and management of the maintenance and home remodeling staff
  • Physically examine the property on a regular basis
  • Receive and resolve resident complaints
  • Fill vacant home sites
  • Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.

Administrative:

  • Collection of rent payments
  • Bank deposits
  • Record rent payments via property management software
  • Adhere to all appropriate company policies, including but not limited to use of property management software system, petty cash reports, summary reports and special accounting items
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Maintain proper safe storage of resident files and records
  • Prepared general property correspondence
  • Prepare and process leases and related forms
  • Undertake background checks for new residents
  • Purchase supplies for the community
