iComfort Medical Rides is a local, family-run non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) company providing safe, reliable rides for patients to and from medical appointments, therapy, and hospital discharges. We pride ourselves on compassionate service, professionalism, and building trusted partnerships with medical facilities across Palm Beach County.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an outgoing and organized Medical Outreach Coordinator to help us grow by building relationships with doctor offices, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
This person will visit medical offices in person and make phone calls to introduce our company, drop off brochures, and maintain follow-up communication with office managers, case managers, and social workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local medical offices, dialysis centers, and hospitals to introduce iComfort Medical Rides
- Make daily outreach calls to schedule meetings or share information about our services
- Drop off brochures, business cards, and flyers, maintaining a professional and friendly presence
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare staff and administrators
- Track outreach visits, calls, and follow-ups using a simple log or CRM
- Represent iComfort Medical Rides positively and professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and confident in speaking with office staff and healthcare professionals
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic computer/email skills for follow-up communication and tracking
- Sales, outreach, or healthcare experience required.
Compensation:
- Hourly Base
