Job Summary:
Icebox Tallahassee Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager for a full-time position at our Tallahassee location. The Studio Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to all Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians. This critical position must have a solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence. The manager is responsible for exemplifying Icebox's customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
  • Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
  • Properly manage and exceed assigned revenue/ member base goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
  • Cultivate a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
  • Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
  • Manage disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
  • Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the studio is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience required.
  • 2-5 years of management experience is required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.
  • Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
  • Proven sales leadership.
  • Ability to work and function in a team environment.
  • Keen on driving sales and service excellence.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Health & Fitness-minded people strongly preferred.
  • Associate or bachelors degree.
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs.
