Majic Products Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to support daily office operations, administrative functions, inventory management, and shipping coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable multitasking, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced office environment.
This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office & Administrative Support
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally (English and Spanish)
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Manage office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
- Assist office staff with administrative tasks and special projects
Run occasional business errands as needed
- Perform general office support tasks as assigned
- Shipping, Inventory & Operational Support
- Prepare paperwork and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Print labels, barcodes, and shipping documentation
- Assist with inventory management and perform cycle counts
- Help organize and maintain showroom appearance and product organization
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with duty drawback documentation and related administrative support (training provided)
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, file management)
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Preferred but not required:
- Prior experience in an office assistant, administrative, or operations support role
- Experience with inventory systems or shipping documentation
- Familiarity with barcode printing or labeling systems
