Majic Products Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to support daily office operations, administrative functions, inventory management, and shipping coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, comfortable multitasking, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced office environment.

This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Office & Administrative Support
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally (English and Spanish)
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate reordering as needed
  • Assist office staff with administrative tasks and special projects

Run occasional business errands as needed

  • Perform general office support tasks as assigned
  • Shipping, Inventory & Operational Support
  • Prepare paperwork and documentation for outgoing shipments
  • Print labels, barcodes, and shipping documentation
  • Assist with inventory management and perform cycle counts
  • Help organize and maintain showroom appearance and product organization

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with duty drawback documentation and related administrative support (training provided)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, file management)
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Preferred but not required:

  • Prior experience in an office assistant, administrative, or operations support role
  • Experience with inventory systems or shipping documentation
  • Familiarity with barcode printing or labeling systems
