LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support a busy sales team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity with potential to grow into a full-time role.
Location: Boca Raton, FL 33487
Work Arrangement: Onsite only
Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (morning or afternoon). A consistent daily schedule is required.
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Interview Process: 15-minute virtual IV
Background Check: Required
Key Responsibilities

Enter, sort, extract, and update data in spreadsheets and reports

Assist in preparing presentations

Support email and general administrative tasks as the role expands

Provide daily reporting and maintain consistent communication with the team
Qualifications
-
Strong data entry and organizational skills

Comfortable using phones and Microsoft Excel (basic sorting functions)

Experience in property, casualty, or auto insurance is a significant advantage

High school diploma required

Must be proactive and able to find work during slower periods

Reliability is essential; this is not a flexible or casual attendance role
