Job Title: Vice President of Sales
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | 40–50 hours/week (weekends as needed)
Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive strategic growth. This high-impact role will oversee sales execution, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities through market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Set and monitor team sales targets and quotas
- Ensure timely response to customer and contractor inquiries
- Address and resolve customer issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7–10 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership in sales management
- Strong strategic thinking and customer relationship skills
