POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for providing guests with information on all vacation packages that we have to offer at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Agents must take great care of our guest to create guest love. Agents will offer ideas of things to do while on vacation, determine package eligibility, offer solutions, and assist guests in booking their reservation. Provide complete and accurate information to guests on every telephone call, especially information about tour presentation, accommodations, premiums and promotions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
• Offer great customer service
• Create excitement for the vacation
• Booking reservations
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns including offering solutions for upset guest
• Outbound calling for guest follow up.
• Selling upgrades, additional nights and other listed vacation incentives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Customer service background preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Must be able to work a variable schedule based on call center needs and be enthusiastic and energetic
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Superior organizational and tracking skills and the ability to navigate through the Internet while on phone with the guest
