We are Astor Simovitch Law, a fast-growing, mission-driven civil litigation firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, and were looking for a Sales Specialista rockstar closer with empathy, integrity, and the ability to build meaningful connections with families navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives.
We help families whose loved ones are suffering from substance use disorders, mental illness, and repeated recovery setbacks. We use Floridas legal toolslike guardianship and involuntary treatment petitionsto restore hope, create structure, and rebuild families. The person who joins us must understand that what we do is more than salesits service.
Who You Are
- Youre a seasoned salesperson who can hold space for emotional conversations and still close a deal.
- You know how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide people toward the best decisions for them.
- You follow up relentlesslybecause you understand that people dont always say yes on the first call.
- You have emotional resilience, are driven by purpose, and crave the reward of helping people in crisis.
What Youll Do
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients (no cold calling; leads come to us).
- Close the sale of legal services with confidence, compassion, and a focus on value.
- Guide people through our intake and service options with clarity and courage.
- Follow up with warm leads and track client engagement using CRM tools.
- Support the smooth transition of clients from intake to legal services.
- Maintain excellent communication with potential clients, referral partners, and the legal team.
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales (legal experience not requiredwell train you on the law).
- Ability to sell high-dollar services by focusing on value and life transformation.
- Professional polish with the grit and drive of someone whos overcome obstacles.
- Comfort using tech (Windows, CRM tools, Zoom, Clio Grow/Manage, etc.).
- Willingness to treat a Friday 4:30pm call with the same care as Monday morning.
- A team-player mindsetno lone wolves, clock-watchers, or complainers.
