Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring agents who:
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in P&C or home insurance
- Are licensed in Florida (20-44 or 2-20)
- Have a strong referral base (realtors, lenders, etc.)
- Are ready to grow and supported doing it
- Value integrity, responsiveness, and client advocacy
