What Youll Do

• Prospect, pursue, and close new residential and commercial restoration opportunities
• Build a deep, referral-driven network with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other key stakeholders
• Represent Regency DRT at community events, trade shows, and industry functions
• Collaborate closely with your local branch team to support job success and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and follow-up to ensure a proactive sales process

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for an aggressivehuntera results-driven self-starter who thrives working independently and isnt afraid to build from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, drive, and a strong sense of ownership to every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in restoration or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate over $2M in annual revenue
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and accountable
• Strong knowledge of the insurance claims and restoration process is highly preferred
