We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title/Escrow Relationship Manager opportunity with an established Florida-based Title Company that is affiliated with a reputable Real Estate Company.
The Title/Escrow Relationship Manager is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Establish and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents.
- Act as liaison between Real Estate Agents and the Title Company.
- Address concerns regarding the Title Company’s performance.
- Attend Real Estate Agent office sales meetings.
- Present Title Company services and provide price quotes.
- Attend networking meetings and conferences.
- Handle closings at the table when necessary.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Florida Notary.
- Proven experience in the title industry, including conducting table closings.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- FL Title Agent License.
Pay Rate Range: Base pay approx. $45-50K base pay plus commission and monthly car allowance.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
