Commercial Glazing Contractor currently seeking experienced Office Administrator.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Organizing and filling documents into all Job Folders
- Inputting information into QuickBooks Online
- Tracking Labor Hours
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Submit Monthly Billings for all projects
- Notarize Pay Applications, Contracts, and Lien Releases
- Scheduling Service Calls
- Order Insurance Certificates
- Keep Track of Time Sheets and call in Payroll weekly
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient and be able to work with Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and QuickBooks Online
