Kitchen Steward
$14.00 per hour

The Kitchen Steward position is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and supplies within the Arc Culinary department.

About the Role: Kitchen Steward
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, floors, etc.
- Stock all supplies as directed by Executive Chef, Sous Chef and cook positions.
- Maintain a pace of work, which allows supplies and equipment to be cleaned and put in their proper place, which meets business demands.
- Understand the proper use of chemicals.

What are the requirements?
- Experience as a steward or in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Effective communication skills with verbal and written English fluency is required.
