Job Description

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale team! This important position will provide clerical and administrative support to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our President and sales team
  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Provide support to reporting
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform general office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in professional services office administration (financial services a plus)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
