We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale team! This important position will provide clerical and administrative support to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Support our President and sales team
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Provide support to reporting
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Perform general office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional services office administration (financial services a plus)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
