What You’ll Do
- Lead the Vision – Set operational strategies that push boundaries, strengthen brand identity, and open new opportunities for growth.
- Run Multi-Location Excellence – Oversee everything from staffing and training to inventory flow, merchandising, and service standards.
- Elevate the Guest Journey – Ensure every location delivers a premium, memorable experience that keeps customers coming back.
- Drive Performance – Build budgets, analyze KPIs, and implement creative promotions to grow revenue and profitability.
- Grow Your People – Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing managers and teams who take pride in the product and the experience.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end food & beverage.
- A proven track record of driving both revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- The ability to lead from the front, mentoring managers, inspiring teams, and holding high standards.
- Strategic thinking backed by strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
