The Sales Director of our beautiful center is responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive revenue, exceed sales targets, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on sales execution, associate development, and operational excellence while ensuring core values are consistently upheld. Essential Functions

  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and holding team accountable for sales goals.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustained business growth, including package sale conversion rates, services per ticket, and utilization.
  • Team Performance & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and accountability to drive results.
  • Local & Community Marketing: Implement targeted marketing initiatives twice a month to attract new guests, strengthen community relationships, and increase brand awareness.
  • Goal-Setting & Execution: Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the center and team, ensuring all goals are met or exceeded.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate inventory control, ensure timely product ordering, and oversee cash management procedures.
  • Guest Relations & Retention: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service to increase retention, upselling opportunities, and brand loyalty.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all staff maintain proper licensure, training, and adherence to state/federal/franchisor/company regulations.
  • Performance Reviews & Meetings: Conduct monthly Strut Team Meetings and performance reviews to keep the team engaged and aligned with sales objectives.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset that upholds the brand’s reputation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 experience in Retail Operations and Sales Management, preferably in Health and Beauty services
  • Demonstrated success in a bonus/commission-based sales environment
  • Experience with sales forecasting and financial performance analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • We are committed to recognizing performance with an annual base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience. Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by an unlimited incentive structure, with potential to make 20% - 40% or more of salary, to reward those who achieve goals consistently.
