Customer Account Coordinator
South Florida Caterpillar Dealer seeks a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Department by overseeing the accuracy and integrity of our customer database, including contact information and equipment records.
Your responsibilities will include processing departmental invoices, maintaining an up-to-date salesmen list, and assisting with lead distribution. You will also handle the ordering, organization, and distribution of promotional materials, business cards, and decals, as well as process and distribute customer mail.
Additionally, you will support the Marketing Manager with events, special projects, and other assigned tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with relevant work experience, or the equivalent of a 2-year degree or certification from an associate degree program. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
