Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Type of Role: Temporary/Seasonal Direct Hire - Ending December 8th, 2025
Training- 5 weeks M-F 8am -4:30pm EST
Shift / Hours: Sift will be within these hours of operation - 8am -8pm EST Monday-Friday
Location: Work from Home
Start Date: 9/21
Hourly Range - $21.75/hr. + bonus
Incentives- AEP Agent Bonus (Agent MUST be active during the period of October1 - December 7th. Pay out on Dec 22)
*The bonus is Performance Based - there is NO Guaranteed amount. there is no Cap. Details will be provided during training
This role is a fast-paced and rewarding job assisting with inbound customers seeking to sign up for new life and/or health insurance policies or upgrade current policies. Active listening, empathy, and upselling are all effective skillsets for a successful season.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through the specified carrier during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
- Assisting customers with selecting a plan
- Answering customer questions
Skills and Experience:
- Active “Health Insurance License” (Must have resident license in the state you are currently living in)
