Our client, an environmental service company is seeking a Bilingual Admin/Dispatch Support (English/Spanish) for their location in Pembroke Pines, FL.
Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour
Shift: 1st shift: Monday to Friday anywhere from 7am to 6pm. Rotating Holidays.
Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Customer service experience and strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, dispatching)
Responsibilities:
-
Provide clerical and administrative support to managers
-
Create, distribute, and close out customer tickets daily
-
Assist with scheduling, dispatch, and communication with employees, customers, and managers

Prepare reports, track data, and support operational projects

Troubleshoot and resolve service or operational issues

Assist with payments, recordkeeping, and other assigned tasks
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; 0–3 years related experience

Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
Work Environment:

Office setting, with occasional light physical activity
