Large Real Estate Company based in Miami is looking to hire a Controller to join their corporate accounting team.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation.</li>
<li>Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.</li>
<li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.</li>
<li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is highly preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of financial accounting and reporting experience</li>
</ul>
