looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager to handle the daily administrative
functions of our busy office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and
being a key part of a team that helps people rebuild.
Hours: Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
What You’ll Do:
● Support Office Manager with daily tasks
● Answer calls, emails, and schedule appointments
● Manage digital and paper filing systems
● Prepare job paperwork and invoices
● Order office and job site supplies
● Communicate with customers and vendors
● Track job updates in internal systems
What You Bring:
● 1–3 years of admin or office experience
● Strong skills in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
● Great organization and attention to detail
● Clear communication (verbal + written)
● Construction/restoration background is a plus
● Experience with QuickBooks or similar tools is a bonus
