<li>Resolve client inquiries and complaints</li>
<li>Maintain record of client contact information</li>

<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Passion and knowledge in beauty, skin care, Medical Spa treatments</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
