As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, grow our client base, and play a key role in driving revenue.
About the Role:
This is an office-based B2B sales leadership role where you’ll engage with businesses across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, hospitality, and office environments. As the Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing new client relationships, mentoring junior sales team members (if applicable), setting meetings, identifying client staffing needs, and offering customized solutions. You’ll also collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by prospecting and building relationships with decision-makers across industries
- Sell temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions
- Conduct in-person meetings and consultative presentations to potential clients
- Identify client needs and craft tailored staffing solutions
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline and territory
- Track performance metrics and provide reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide mentorship or leadership to junior sales team members as needed
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value contracts
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the staffing industry (or related industry experience)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of staffing services and workforce solutions
- Experience selling into industries such as light industrial, logistics, hospitality, or administrative
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $92,500
- Commission: Uncapped earnings potential ($50,000 – $70,000+ annually)
