Calloway Roofing is a Roofing Company that serves all central Florida and surrounding areas. We primarily deal with insurance claims on behalf of our customers. We are now hiring for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Orlando office.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers to request and arrange payments
- Communicating with insurance carriers to follow up on payment and status’s
- Recording and tracking payments in our CRM software
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Great organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management software
- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage collection efforts and associated functions
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have insurance claims knowledge and a basic understanding of how to read an adjuster summary
Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Account receivables position and working with insurance claims.
Must have Quickbooks Desktop experience.
