Job Description:
Capital NYC is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Agent to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience. As a Social Media Agent, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to our brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to increase reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
