Position Summary:

Gulf and Bay Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage, is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrator and Marketing Specialist. This dual role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative duties related to real estate transactions, as well as marketing initiatives to support our online presence and promote our properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative flair for marketing, both digital and print.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Administration:

  • Prepare and assist in writing offers, contracts, and listing agreements.
  • Input new listings into the MLS system and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Prepare property leases and coordinate lease paperwork and payments with all parties.
  • Open/Close homes as needed, assist with the occasional Open House.
  • Perform general administrative duties throughout the week.
  • Answer phones and manage open/close procedures as required.

Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling engaging content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Design and send four monthly newsletters using Canva and MailChimp to various databases.
  • Develop creative marketing materials, such as just listed properties, just sold properties, printed newsletters, and market reports.
  • Manage and update two company websites, ensuring content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Shoot walk-through videos and edit reels using iMovie and InShot.
  • Implement SEO and GEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
  • Oversee Google PPC advertising campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate or related roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Canva, MailChimp, iMovie, InShot, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
