Employment Solutions is looking for a Process Inventory Specialist to work in the Opa-Locka area for a tobacco manufacturing plant. The right candidate will have experience in inventory control, ERP systems, and production processes, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


Summary:
The Process Inventory Specialist will execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory transactions in the ERP system (Dynamics 365) with a high degree of accuracy. This role ensures that production work order records are complete, accurate, and compliant. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, intermediate Excel knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

  • Perform production order confirmations in ERP system, including allocation of materials and consumption using Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all transactions to maintain material batch traceability and integrity.
  • Process moves transactions in ERP system; physically send and receive materials between storage locations.
  • Stock, organize, and maintain manufacturing storage locations.
  • Perform regular physical inventory counts; recommend adjustments and transfers per company policies.
  • Work closely with production personnel to ensure FIFO usage of materials.
  • Collaborate with Product Logistics, Quality, and IT to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Develop Excel tools to analyze material requirements and consumption rates.
  • Identify root causes of inventory issues and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support inventory control improvement projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in inventory control.
  • ERP experience required; Dynamics 365 preferred.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
  • Experience with ISO and GMP compliance is a plus.

Hours:
Rotating Shifts:

  • 5:30am – 2:10pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:40pm
    (Monday through Friday)

Pay:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour
