<p>The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data in a team environment for a cigar manufacturer and distributor. They should be excellent in data entry and analysis.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accounts receivable and data entry</li>
<li>Daily and monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts</li>
<li>Invoice processing and payment entry</li>
<li>Work closely with the controller and the shipping department</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in related fields.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with proven proficiency in Excel.</li>
<li>SAGE 300 Experience is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Spanish and English speaking</li>
