Join a luxury women’s fashion house with a devoted global following, celebrated for its sophisticated, contemporary collections and conversation-worthy design. As the brand steps into the sunny Floridian retail landscape, we are seeking exceptional Client Advisors to join our Palm Beach flagship at Royal Poinciana Plaza for a long-term pop-up.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will be a key member of the Palm Beach sales team—focused on delivering a highly personalized, high-touch client experience while driving strong individual sales performance. You will bring the brand to life through thoughtful styling, exceptional service, and a deep understanding of product and client needs.

This role is ideal for a motivated luxury retail professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and takes pride in creating meaningful, long-term client connections.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

  • A fashion-forward retail professional with a passion for luxury and elevated customer experiences

  • Naturally warm, engaging, and confident, with the ability to build genuine rapport and long-term client relationships

  • Sales-driven and commercially minded, with experience meeting or exceeding individual performance goals

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong eye for maintaining a refined selling environment

  • Energized by fast-paced, high-touch retail and comfortable owning their business on the sales floor

Key Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear, fine jewelry, bridal, or multi-brand boutiques

  • Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling, styling, and personalized service

  • Strong understanding of elevated service standards and foundational retail operations (POS, inventory, cash handling)

  • Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; comfort learning new systems is essential

  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays

  • A motivated seller who actively builds and maintains a client book through relationship-building with walk-ins and private appointments, treating personal sales performance as central to individual success

What You’ll Own

Client Experience & Clienteling

  • Deliver a refined, intentional, and elevated experience for every client, from first greeting through checkout

  • Act as a trusted advisor—listening carefully, offering thoughtful guidance, and styling looks aligned with each client’s lifestyle and wardrobe

  • Build loyalty and repeat business through follow-up, outreach, and personalized clienteling

Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR targets

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through thoughtful styling

  • Contribute positively to overall store performance

Brand Presentation & Operations

  • Maintain exceptional standards of product presentation, sizing, and replenishment on the sales floor

  • Support daily operational needs including stock processing, transfers, inventory counts, and fitting room flow

  • Adhere to all policies related to transaction accuracy, inventory integrity, and brand standards

Success Metrics

  • Achievement of individual sales, conversion, UPT, and AUR goals

  • High levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits

  • Consistent execution of brand standards across service, styling, and presentation
