Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts/Sales Service Representative based in Opa-Locka, FL. Responsibilities include managing sales of parts and services, assisting customers in selecting appropriate products, answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, maintaining records of sales and inventory, and delivering exceptional customer support. The representative will also collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to provide excellent support and clearly explain product features and benefits.
Experience or knowledge in parts sales, inventory management, and heavy equipment-related products or services.
Proficiency in generating reports, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory, orders, and customer needs efficiently.
Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry or a related field is a plus.
Spanish and English are required; additional certifications or training in sales or mechanics is an advantage.
Valid Driver's License.
