Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by addressing and resolving customer queries and concerns.
Policy Maintenance: Assist clients in understanding their policy coverage, modifications, and updates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, decisions, and account changes.
Support Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Conflict Resolution: Handle complaints and complex situations with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the insurance products and services offered to provide reliable information to clients.
Requirements
This is an IN-OFFICE position.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and resolving client issues efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address customer inquiries and issues accurately.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is preferred.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as needed.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, additional qualifications in insurance (minimum of a 4-40 Insurance License, or ability to obtain license) or work in a related fields is a plus.
