Zinober Diana & Monteverde, P.A., is a mid-sized law firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
We're looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team full time.
Job Duties may include: answering/directing phone calls, taking messages, assist with incoming/outgoing mail, ordering supplies, printing/scanning, assist with client intake, file/record management, and other administrative duties.
The IDEAL candidate will have:
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a law firm
- basic knowledge of legal terms and the legal process
- excellent communication skills
- organizational and multitasking abilities
- experience with Microsoft products such as outlook, word, excel, and adobe
This position is in-office, Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Salary range is $16.00 to $25.00 per hour and is based on experience.
