Job Description

The Maids of Deerfield Beach is seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive team performance. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality residential cleaning services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing logistics and office administration. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in training, coaching, scheduling, quality control, and managing customer relationships. You will collaborate with ownership to grow the business, uphold brand standards, and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery in line with The Maids’ 22-Step Healthy Touch® Cleaning System.
