Your Role
- Present and sell AMP’s solutions to new and existing business clients.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Coach team members using our proven process.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets.
- Use CRM tools and tech to manage your pipeline and team effectively.
Who We’re Looking For
For Guaranteed Income:
- Proven success in merchant services sales and team leadership.
- Ability to bring a team with you (preferred) or build one quickly.
- Verifiable previous industry sales numbers
- Built in recruitment program and high level training program for your team
For Aspiring Leaders:
- Strong sales background with a record of achievement.
- Willingness to learn the merchant services industry.
- Desire to grow into leadership within 90 days. Must meet high level sales goals.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM platforms.
Plus: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Marketing Programs: (Ask your recruiter)
- Pre-set appointments available based on performance and availability
- Call center support for your cold calling efforts.
- Programs to increase referrals
Compensation
This is a 1099 opportunity with unlimited earning potential:
- Experienced Sales Managers: $95,000–$150,000+ with immediate team-building.
- New Sales Reps: $80,000–$120,000+ in your first year.
Includes: Upfront commissions + best-in-class residual income + overrides for managers.
